At Meeesho.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

• Customized or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Share images (if applicable) for damaged or incorrect items

4. Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost

• For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank/mobile wallet account

• Contact your payment provider
